I was first introduced to ConTact C.A.R.E in 2011, through my own injuries and pressures. ConTact C.A.R.E gave me real ease and effective relief from my pain, stress and tension creating balance and ease physically, emotionally and mentally. My whole world benefited.
ConTact C.A.R.E resonated with my teachings and personal research with horses. The more I learned the more I became passionate about ConTact C.A.R.E. The ConTact C.A.R.E principles and techniques were similar to my own understanding of pressure and feel, and it felt very natural.
I have now been a qualified Practitioner for 6 years and a Senior Advanced Practitioner for 2 of those. In 2015, I took on the role of expanding the Equine side of ConTact C.A.R.E and became the Equine Co-ordinator for all Equine Practitioner training.
Teaching both Human and Equine courses at Foundation and Practitioner level. I regularly travel to different parts of the country to teach, practice, and inspire students on their journey of ConTact C.A.R.E. Dedicated to bringing ConTact C.A.R.E into the wider world I enjoy the challenge facilitating brings.
At the start of 2016, being familiar with the publishing world I approached good friend and Founder of ConTact C.A.R.E Dale Speedy, to offer my services as a copy editor for his first book ‘The Nature Of ConTact C.A.R.E’.
Released in March 2017 I have several tales of my experiences with clients interwoven throughout the book, and a special acknowledgement within it.
I enjoy working with a vast array of clients either at the Motueka Clinic or travelling around for horses. As well as meeting students from all walks of life on my travels around New Zealand.
I specialise in helping people feel good, experience real ease and have effective relief from pain, stress and tension with a method that is safe, simple, self-evdient and sensible.
